Simple cardboard becomes a festive accessory that you can customize for any occasion! We'll transform pieces of painted cardboard into pendants for a necklace or other adornment. The more embellishments the better! This one even includes a Patriotic spin for those U.S. Art Birds celebrating the Fourth of July!
